Hand-packed at the atelier
When a piece is packed, it is not simply boxed: it is dressed for the journey. Each garment is wrapped first in unbleached muslin, then in acid-free tissue, and laid into a cloth-bound box that closes with a ribbon rather than tape. The karigar who completed the final handwork signs the packing slip, so you know whose hands it left last.

The house courier
We do not hand your piece to a logistics network. It travels with a courier of the house, a member of our own delivery team who carries it door to door, insured to its full value for the whole journey, and places it in your hands against a signature.
If the appointed time no longer suits you, write to the concierge and the courier will come when it does. Delivery is currently to addresses across India; international delivery is arranged by appointment.
In stock and ready to ship
Every piece shown at Urban Adda is finished and held in stock, so nothing waits to be made. Once your order is placed, it is hand-packed and dispatched within two working days, then carried to your door by our own courier. Should a piece need a little longer to reach you, the concierge writes before it ships, not after.
Following your piece
There is no faceless tracking number, because there is no third party to track. Instead, the house posts each stage of your piece to the order timeline in your account: packed, dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. Each entry is written by a person who has handled the garment that day, so you will always know where your piece is.
On payment
Orders are settled in full when they are placed. This is what allows the house to insure your piece for its full value, to pack it by hand, and to send its own courier rather than a van. The garment is yours from the moment of purchase, and it travels as your property, protected accordingly.
Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Your card details never touch our servers; we hold only the transaction reference.
